In the unlikely event that you should you receive an item from us that is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us straight away regarding your issue.
If your item has been damaged in transit, you must notify us on the day you receive your delivery. We reverse the right to waiver all rights to a replacement item should we not be contacted on the day of delivery.
We would also request that you send us photographs of the damages caused to firstname.lastname@example.org for our records should we need to make a claim against any 3rd parties e.g. couriers.
If you have received a faulty item or an item that you believe to be faulty please contact us & we'll endeavour to get the issue sorted ASAP. If the item doesn't work we will request that you send the item back to us & we will issue a replacement item after testing the initial item you have returned to us.
Should you receive the wrong item or think you've received the wrong item please contact us. It is very rare that the wrong item should be sent out however mistakes can happen & we will endeavour to correct our mistake ASAP. Please be aware that we may ask for photographs of the items you have received to confirm what you have been sent, this request is not meant to cause offence in any way however in some cases photographic proof may be required to confirm what we have dispatched to you.
