Delivery Information

All deliveries from are sent via Royal Mail or TNT Express depending on the product(s) & quantities ordered.

All deliveries are calculated using a weight based tariff system & the appropriate delivery options will be displayed at checkout.  

Delivery is only available on working days to UK Mainland, for delivery outside UK Mainland please contact us directly to arrange delivery.

All orders for ex-stock items received before 2.00pm will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery, orders after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following day for next working day delivery. Items lead times are advertised on the product page, see product descriptions for full details. If you require your item urgently, please contact us directly.

All deliveries must be checked on day of delivery & any damages reported the same day, failure to do so will result in you being unable to make a claim , see below for more details. 

We ask that you supply a contact telephone number when ordering should we need to contact you regarding your delivery or should TNT need to contact you when delivering.



Should your item be damaged upon receipt please sign for your item as damaged with the driver, you must almost notify us where possible on the day of delivery.

We ask you to do this so we can register the complaint with the relevant 3rd party ASAP.


We also ask that you send us any photographs where possible of the damaged item to, these will be kept on record should we need them during any claims relevant to your delivery.


Alternative Services

Should you need a product delivered before a specific time, on a Saturday or outside the UK Mainland please contact us directly for a delivery quote. Please be advised the terms of your delivery still apply with regards to damages, faulty items etc.
